VAR member service partner ZipForm is offering two demonstrations of its Online and Desktop products for VAR members. Learn tricks and shortcuts to make your use of ZipForm as efficient as it can be. 4. ATTENTION: REZONING
Frederick County will be considering rezoning areas in certain “Rural Area Districts.” The effect will be to increase lot density from one unit per 5 acres to one unit per 10 acres. If you have any comment, then attend the Planning Commission public hearing on July 16 and/or the Board of Supervisors public hearing on August 13.
