On July 1st the new changes to the POA Act will go into effect and we need to ensure that our members are prepared. These changes are substantial, and you will need to know and understand the importance of the changes to your day-to-day business. Therefore, VAR is setting up a view-site for a statewide interactive Webcast.

 On June 20th at 10 a.m., a short Webcast presentation on the POA Act changes by VAR's special counsel Lem Marshal will be broadcast, followed by a LIVE question and answer session about how the Act affects your business. You will be able to email questions in to Lem during this section of the Webcast. In addition, handouts will be available prior to the presentation.

 The location for our webcast will be Valley Farm Credit’s conference room on Route 11 (near the DMV).
